Hi there i am working on 2003 chevy express cargo van 4.8.did tune up idle is fine no missfire when you accelerate i found missfire on cylinder number one five six and eight. spark plug gap is fine 0.042 and wires are new. i changed new ignition coils complete and than change all the injectors.change fuel filter check all the harness specially above left upper control arm. check all harness and fuse box and all the ground ckt. and crank sensor harness found nothing and problem still persist. anybody have any clue to resolve this problem.
ECM may require a CKP relearn. Use of scanner required.

O.k. I've been looking at this post for a while and thinking. You said the check engine light is on right? What are the codes. I'm guessing PO302 and PO307, but do you have any other ones? I'm thinking you might have leaking intake manifold gaskets.
