SOURCE: reset service interval on instrument display W210
Try this:
1) Turn key to position 2.
2) Press/release the R button to show the next service due light. Release button.
3) Turn key to Off.
4) Press and HOLD the same R button to view the service light, THEN, within 2 seconds, turn key to position 2.
5) Wait up to 10 second and the light will reset to show new service .

no other way to solve it but replace it, sad thing is no second hand clusters available (in Manila). Purchase directly from your Mercedes Benz dealer. This will solve your problem, in a quite costly way.

seems like your key is not being recognized, possible your tumbler..the ring around your ignition switch is bad

You can stop by a local Autozone, Advance, etc parts store and they'll reset your lights for you FREE . Dash resets don't clear possible faults.
