Truck has no power

I have a 1998 Dodge 1500 with the 5.2 y code engine scanned with diagnostic computer it came up with following codes p0300 random-muliple cylinder misfire detected p0302 cylinder 2 misfire detected p0303 cylinder 3 misfire detected will it take more than a tune-up to correct this problem?

Quick easy cheap fix is replace the plugs, wires, Cap, and rotor. (change one wire at a time makes it a ton easier) its cheap and should be done every 5 years anyways. if you have changed the plugs, wire etc in the last five years check the injectors (they should spray in a fine mist pull one injector and let it spray into a clear jar, do one at a time) when an injector is blocked the fuel will not vaprizes properly. also on your fuel rack you can check the pressure as mentioned above however the fuel pressure will generally cause all cylinders to act poorly. PS. not to scare you but it very likely could be a blown head gasket or crack in the head its self when changing the plugs be sure to inspect the plug tips if there white it could be your problem. (coolant in the exauhst will blow white smoke) However seeing as it is 2 cylinders beside each other this very well could be your problem it is very time consuming and costly to replace a head gasket so hopefully it isn't

Change the plugs and check the plug wires with an ohmmeter. Wires should have 3000-4000-6000 ohms depending on length. If no ohms then the wire is no good. PS Check the plug insulator for carbon tracking. This is an indication of moisture between the plug and the wire boot. The wire may check out but if there is tracking then you will get a missfire.

I don't recognize this fault code. Would you tell me how you retrieved this code? Code Readers and scan tools will provide the user with "P" codes. The letter P followed by four numbers. P0300: Random Misfire. There are more than just P codes. Just providing one example. Why did you look up this in the first place? What is wrong or not work? Which system is it that is showing a warning lamp?

Not much.
Code 300 is for a random miss. The engine computer has detected more than one cylinder that is not producing power, but no one cylinder is constant.
Until you get a code like 301 or 303 its a guessing game. 301-306 would tell you which cylinder is being the problem.
The cause could be fuel or spark.

P0300 is a Random Misfire
P0302 #2 Cylinder Misfire
U1120 The code U1120 means, lost wheel distance message. The powertrain control module(PCM) is not
receiving a signal from the anti-lock brake module. The problem could be a short in the bus circuit,
the PCM or the anti-lock brake module. This type of problem is best diagnosed by the dealer or a
local shop with the proper diagnostic scanning equipment. Hope this helps.

I have a 1998 Nissan Maxima GLE, I Failed the Emission Inspection (DTC) Diagnostic Trouble Codes of "P1492","P1105" What these Codes exactly? mean

A code P0300 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

Faulty spark plugs or wires
Faulty coil (pack)
Faulty oxygen sensor(s)
Faulty fuel injector(s)
Burned exhaust valve
Faulty catalytic converter(s)
Stuck/blocked EGR valve / passages
Faulty camshaft position sensor
Defective compute
P1105MAP/BARO Pressure Switch Solenoid Valve
Check and clean the MAP sensor, or replace.
P1492EVAP Canister Purge Control/Solenoid Valve (Circuit)
Replacing the purge solenoid will clear code P1492 This should also clear code P0300 as well.
