if the tubo wont spool up its probably seized,
remove the intake tube, with engine off and see if it will spin, if it wont spin then probably seized. the oil line could be plugged, remove the oil line and squirt WD 40 then fresh motor oil in it and turn the turbine by hand back and forth until you free it up. a pipe cleaner in the tube will clean residue out.
if you get it to spin check the oil pressure to the turbo, should be above 30 psi.
keeping clean oil in the engine (regular oil changes) will keep this lubed. remember the turbo spins at speed of 10000 rpms, so clean oil is esential.
check that the ignition fusible link is intact. There may be an inertia switch that has shut down as it would recognise the spin out as an accident. Check with a service centre of an accredited auto electrician
I would check my timing belt/chain if the belt has broken or skipped teeth your engine willact like it has no compression because the valves are not working properly to let air gas spark in when its supposed to.
add a push start button its cheap and easy 2 wires one connected to positive post of battery 2 nd wire connected to starter place them on push start switch and thats that
some times it will and wont what? START? SPARK? what do you mean by turn over? do you mean stay running? cxause turning over is when the motor is spinning but not running
When you try to start does the motor spin but wont start or is there no noise at all, if its no noise at all then i would start by checking the starter and if it spins but wont start then try holding gas pedal down and cranking the motor with a dead battery it may have lost memory and will need to run awhile to relearn idle at start up and other readings you may need to hold gas pedal to keep running for a few minutes, start with this first.
If it will turn over check to see if its fuel or fire. To check for fuel, spray quick start for a few seconds into intake. If it starts and stops. its fuel. Change fuel filter and check fuel pump. If it does not start its fire, Could be distributor cap, rotor, coil, spark plug wires or spark plugs. If it does not turn over it could be battery or starter. Check battrey connections, ground strap from motor to body and ground wire from battery to motor and body.
