All 4 components are not working, recently change the battery and 2 days later this all happend. disconnected batter & reconnected with no luck, headlight, horn brake lights are ok & engine starts, seatbelt sign brake sign ok - light ups in panel and nothng else, tried locating fuse box inside the van and there is none, called dodge company and they could not help find the inside fuse box, called several dealers and of course leave a message. Checked fuses in IPM module and looks ok. I went over solutions on this website and helped with fuse marked as IOD - radio & dome lights. Does this IOD also control the back up lights, front panel lights and the control for air? If not, can you help me with the other 3 issues panel lights, back up lights and air control. Is there a fuse box inside this 2006 caravan? If so where is it located? I have the bottom driver side panel all open and still cant locate the fuse box. The 1998 van i had was in the left bottom portion driver side. If there is none i, is the IPM module the only one fuse box that controls everything. thank you in advance for your help
Try looking for a fuse box in the glove box. Even try opening both front doors and looking on the sides of the dash. O e other spit may be under the steering column. You will have to lay on the driver side floor looking up to find d it if its there
SOURCE: Which fuse controls the radio in a 2005 dodge durango?
# 12 fuse / 25 amp located in left kick panel for base model , and also
# 7 fuse / 25 amp located in right kick panel in premium model radio ,
and also # 11 fuse / 10 amp located in left kick panel if you have
factory satellite radio .couldn't find a picture , but a good description
. i've never seen a owners manual that didn't show a picture of the
fuse box on a different page other than the fuse description page . i
like to use a test light and check all fuses , it's very quick to probe
all fuses regardless of what they are .

SOURCE: fuse location for cruise control on a 2000 dodge caravan
The cruise has no dedicated fuse, you will most likely be looking to replace the clockspring rotating contact located under the steering wheel which connects the switches in the steering wheel (horn, cruise and air-bag) to the rest of the electrical system.
SOURCE: 2000 caravan. cruise and horn not working, air bag light on
yes, it is your clock spring in behind the steering wheel, disconnect the neg batt cable for ten minutes to discarge the squib in the steering wheel, you can do this your self, pay attention to wires and connectors, good steering wheel puller will help, reconnect the neg batt cable and the lights will go out, by the way , check with your nearest Chrysler dealer , possible recall or warranty. GOOD LUCK, RDJRP
