The CD palyer will not eject a disk. It makes a rattle sound, like gears not engaging. I have the same trouble on 2005 Altima CD player. CD can not be played, and not able to eject it no matter how many times I pushed the button, not sure if it will stay inside forever. Unfortunately, the CD is borrowed from library...
Does anyone know how to take the CD out manually, or how to dismantle it?

check fuses
if good fuses, the deck is bad.
upgrade time. go diskless like all us.
we use flash USB sticks.
discs are dead. end of life and era. and weak tech.
i have 4000 songs on a stick , no CD no DVDs. zero.
buy any cheap media head end player and install it.
Some CD players actually have a locking mechanism inside of them. This mechanism can be released by using an unwound paperclip and sticking it into the CD player. There should be a button or platform to push that could release the disk. If that doesn't work, you might want to try using a pair of tweezers to pull the disc. To do this put the tweezers inside the CD tray and try to pull the disc out while pressing down and holding the eject button on the CD player. To me, it sounds like the motor that sucks in and ejects the disc is slowly dying and is having trouble pushing the disc out. If all else fails you might want to take the car to a dealership to see if they can replace your CD player
there seems to be a serious problem with the CD player, unfortunately your CD has gone to CD heaven, as for the CD player it may be cheaper to replace it than to repair it.......hope this helps......cheers.
As for those players. If you have never takin apart one before you should get someone at an electronics store to help you. If you bring it into Nissan they will get send your radio to the manfacture and then fix your radio and send you back your CD's wiyth the radio. Those types of radio/CD players are very difficult to work on. I recommend you bring it to somone who knows what they are doing . or buy a used one.
no it could be air condition clutch thatengage/disengage the air condition compressor and disengage it through the pulley or could be the pulley bearings one of them . also check the solenoid that controls that clutch . have a good luck sir .
