When i put in gas car spits and spudders clears out untill gas agian

I would advise having the Idle Air Control Valve checked first, before anything else. This is a very common problem, and can be easily checked and repaired for around $75.00.

That in turn affects the ECM which in the problems you report

Clean the idle speed control valve in the upper intake near the throttle valve with CRC brand throttle cleaner.

Multiple cylinder misfires, check and replace spark plugs and wires if over 60,000 miles, clear codes and recheck.

Code 1683 is for a problem with the EGR solenoid which controls the EGR valve, and code 597 is for the IAC valve not being able to keep idle speed at the correct setting.
A leaking EGR valve could cause the symptoms you describe.
I assume you looked at the cap and rotor and they are ok.

It sounds like the air bypass valve is not closing after warmup and this sounds like a temperature related problem. Air bypass is used much like the old choke on carburated cars for cold starts.

Sounds like water in fuel tank. Try putting some gasline antifreeze in, (maybe a couple of bottles) will clear up water and problem if that's it.

i would start with a good tune up
plugs, wires, cap,rotor. fuel filter . and clean your throttle body
a bad O2 sensor will not make it spit and sputter that is a misfire.

looks like you need a fuel pump. your current pump is dying.
and wont send enough pressure.
