I discovered it was the fan control module. I found it on the internet for 150.00 plus 100 core. I googled the part # and thats how i found the company. My local cadillac dealer quoted me 402.

There is another fuse box under the back seat that has the fuse for the interior lights. I have the same problem. I keep replacing fuses but they keep blowing. I don't know what to do.

SOURCE: how to clean ground wire
If the ground wire is dirty at the battery use a mixture of baking soda and water. Pour some of the mixture on the battery cable ends and let it soak for a few moments then rinse off with plain water. If corrosion is really bad use some kind of brush to clean it up with (old toothbrushes work great). Do not get any of the battery corrosion in your eyes as it will burn. Then when clean spread a thin film of grease on the ends. This will keep them from corroding. If you need to clean the ground cable where it attaches to the frame or engine, remove the cable and use a wire brush or install a new cable.
