Chris is wrong, the max pressure on the tire is there to tell you if this tire will work on your car. If the max pressure for the tire is lower than what your car says, you need new tires. Otherwise, use the tire pressure shown on the sticker on your car.
Seance the car manufactures most likely did not produce the tires that are on the vehicle they will only give there recommendations as to the correct tire pressure. Always look around the perimeter of the tire and it will tell you the proper pressure for that tire. hope this helps. Good luck.
Good afternoon ladies and gentleman. I want to share some important suggestions among you. I have finally found the best tire inflator in the market. Its most important feature is that it is totally cordless so it is very easy to use. Its comfortable and ergonomic design is really awesome. I am totally satisfied by the purchase and suggest you the same.
Always refer to what is on the side of the tire for tire pressure. Period.
It should be a sticker on the inside front door with tires size and pressure
My info says, P225/60R16 is the original tire for your vehicle. The tire pressure says 35 psi.
There may be a decal on your driver door frame that has the tire specs, open up the driver door and take a look.
Tirerack.com has a lot of info.
