It is for an oil change mainly and any other service your maintenance manual suggests at the mileage interval. It needs to be reset after each oil change to be accurate.

SOURCE: Check Engine Light

If the light isn't flashing, it is safe to drive. If it is flashing, then catalytic converter damage can result. Have a parts store check the codes for you and come back and post the code.

SOURCE: 2004 Chrysler Pacifica Fluctuating Fuel Gauge Indicator

Hello, the answer to solve this problem is to take it to your nearest chrysler dealer and have them re-flash the updates to the ecu....since 2004, chrysler has had about 4-5 new updates since the date they were manufactured....you need to have the update that followed from your date of man. on your vehicle....They attempted to flash mine to the latest update and didnt work, turns out that they need the re-flash from back when...in order to get the gauage to stop fluctuating.....Hope this helps!!

SOURCE: 2004 chrysler pacifica check engine light code

The codes are both evap system codes. The only good way to find the leaks is to take it to a shop that has a smoke machine. They will pump smoke into the evap system to find the leak.
