Maybe.
Codes 121 and 122 are for the throttle position sensor circuit.
Code 400 is EGR and codes 449 and 452 are for the EVAP system.
Code 1639 is for a problem with the 5 volt reference circuit from the engine computer.
The throttle position sensor could be failing which could prevent the gas pedal from working. And the 5 volt reference problem could shut down the computer which would kill the engine. EGR is an emissions component and EVAP is the system that vents gas fumes from the gas tank.
Codes are only a guide for a mechanic to troubleshoot the circuits involved. They do not mean a component is faulty.

I doubt it. None of the codes focus on the gas tank.

SOURCE: engine codes po452, po440,po122. electrical problem?

You should have 3 grounds 1 from the battery to the engine one from the engine to the body and then from the engine to the frame. Look for these grounds they look like braided flat wire. I think you also may have a loose plug or a cut in the main harness from the rear of the vehicle. Look along the frame as the harness runs from back to front. Looking at your codes I do not think they are related to your electrical problem. I gave up trying to fix my gear indicator, I had to replace the fuel tank sensor to get my gas gage working right.

P0452 fuel tank pressure sensor-low voltage the sensor is located on the top of the fuel tank. try a new fuel cap before you replace any thing else, if the seal is bad on the cap it culd set the code.
