o reset the system, first make sure the tire pressures are correct. Turn the engine on, then press and hold the reset button. You'll find it low and to the right of the steering wheel on the instrument panel. Hold the button down until the TPMSindicator light in the instrument panel blinks slowly 3 three times.
You will need to go to the dealer for a software update,the RA4 has a recent update that may address this issue and the dealer may be the only way to get it.Go to the system info on the radio and see if the software version is at least 14.0. if it's 13.48???? it needs the update
