Hi there i read your report. It 155 to 210 foot lbs. I recommend start off your lowest settings. I wouldn't any higher then 195 foot lbs. hope this info helps you.TY you for writing to fix ya.
Wheel bearing replacement applies to Acura Integra models between 1994-2001.
Removal
Remove steering knuckle. Using Front Hub Remover/Installer (07GAF-SE00100), Hub Remover/Installer Base (07GAF-SD40700) and hydraulic press, remove hub from steering knuckle. Remove splash guard screws and splash guard. Remove bearing retaining snap ring and knuckle ring from knuckle.
Using bearing driver and Attachment (07746-0010500), base and hydraulic press, remove bearing from knuckle. Using commercially available bearing separator, remove inner bearing race from hub. Clean knuckle and hub thoroughly before reassembly.
Installation Using press and old bearing, install NEW bearing into knuckle. Install snap ring into knuckle groove. Install bearing retaining snap ring splash guard. Invert knuckle. Press new bearing into hub. Press hub into knuckle. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Check alignment.
Acura Integra Hub & Knuckle Removal
How to remove and install hub and knuckle from Acura Integra 1994-2001 applies to all models.
Removal
Raise and support front of vehicle. Allow suspension to hang freely. Remove wheel assembly and spindle nut. Remove brake caliper mounting bolts, and wire caliper aside.
Remove brake disc 6-mm retaining screws. Screw two 8 x 10-mm bolts into disc to push disc away from hub. Turn each screw alternately, and remove disc. Without disconnecting, remove wheel sensor and wheel sensor harness from knuckle (if equipped).
Clean dirt and grease from ball joints. Remove cotter pins from tie rod end ball joint, lower control arm ball joint and upper control arm ball joint. Loosen castle nut half length of ball joint threads. Using 28-mm Ball Joint Remover (07MAC-SL00200), separate in order: tie rod end ball joint, lower control arm ball joint and upper control arm ball joint. Pull hub/knuckle assembly from axle.
Installation To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts and nuts to specification. Use NEW spindle nut, and stake it after tightening.

The hub bearing retaining bolts are 150 ft. lbs the center axle nut primary torque 135 ft.lbs rotate 5-10 times increasing torque by 50 ft.lbs until final torque of 265 ft.lbs is reached
main bearings torque is 18 ft lbs. plus 90 - 94 degrees, rod bearings torque is 13 - 16 ft lbs. plus 90 - 94 degrees.crankshaft damper bolt torque 80 - 94 ft lbs, fly wheel bolts torques 94 - 101 ft lbs.
Wheel bearing don't have torque specs (to the best of my knowedge). They have a procedure - in this case it is....
1. With everything clean and packed with grease, snug the bearing lock nut until it stops.
2. Reverse it about 1/8th to 1/4 turn and insert the cotter pin.
