It is the indicator flasher unit.

I have only old skid loaders but when wiring a switch from wires being cut, just connect all the same color wires to each other. The wiring is color coded so it shouldn't be a problem there. As for the hydraulic system, don't run the engine with no hydraulic oil or you'll burn up the pump. It's happened to me and pump had to be replaced. Check the hydraulic oil for full.

Easiest to replace would be the factory Delco AM/FM CD...plug in to existing terminals. If wires cut, you should include the plug in terminals with the replacement radio...Local Pic-A-Part is my go to salvage yard radio $25-$75...Walmart also sells radio wire install kits...$14.95? HOW CAN THE WIRE BEEN CUT,
DO YOU HAVE TILT WHEEL, REMOVE STEERING COVER OD THE IGNITION STEERING AREA, LOOK AT THE WIRES, DO THEY LOOK LIKE SOME ONE CUT THEM OR THEY CHANGE COLORS DO TO A ALARM SYSTEM, IF THEY CHANGE COLOR, COULD BE THE AFTER MARKET ALARM RELAY THAT WONT ALLOWED YOU TO START, IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WERE IT IS, IS OK, OPEN THE CONNECTION AND REMOVE THE WIRE COMING FROM ALARM TO IGNITION SWITCH WIRE, FIND THE OTHER END OF THE IGNITION WIRE THAT WAS CUT OUT , SEPARATE FROM THE OTHER WIRE ALSO FROM THE ALARM, AND RECONNECT BOTH IDENTICAL COLOR WIRE TOGETHER AND IT WELL START, UNLESS YOU HAVE A SECURITY LIGHT ON THE DASH, CHECK THIS OUT FIRST., PROGRAMING MAY BE NEED IT OR OTHER PROBLEMS ARE THERE.

The wires that control the radio from the steering go to the Body Control Module (BCM), not directly to the radio. The BCM sends data over the serial bus to the radio.

I think the yellow wire that goes to ignition switch is the one that shuts the injectors down.Cutting it should keep the computer from shutting injectors off.

ok that problem is where u cut the wires on the rdaio harness u cut is a dimmer wire for your lights on the radio need to figure out which if u have a autozone or advanced parts store they have a radio wire harnes kit has all color code and wire color tells what goes where and what the wire is for

the wiring on the steering wheel hooked up to the horn may have come undone or even around the steering colum there are two screws on the bottom of the coloum you can remove to acces the wiring, check to see if you may have a chaffed wire or even a cut wire

get a test light, 12v
remove the tail light from one side.
identify each wire by turning each light on . and connecting the test light to see wich one becomes active
remember to connect your test light to a good earth
attache each cable one by one
the final indicator will be on the other side you will need to run a single wire accross to that side (unless the wiring loom passes one side)
make sure you connect them properly and tape them to avoid problems later soldering is best.
