My daughter's Toyota rav4 2000 bonet cable broke and can't open it could you please help me thanks

its a hard one but it takes 2 people one to push down on the bonnet and another one underneath with a pair of mole grips, and crush the cable and pull it at same time, till it catches. you may need to take the body shield to gain access, or pull the cable that is left on the end of the cable if it snapped their, if it has snapped at the lock area its more harder to do without breaking something. but if you can gain access and another space you should be able to use a screwdriver to move the catch over. its push down and replace the push down when cable pulled.

Hood catch release cable become undone and cannot open the bonet. please help

by using a long lever and looking up from underneath see if you can push the latch to release the bonnet. To make the job easier you may need some one to push down on the bonnet at the same time to release the load on the latch

Renult megan bonet cable broken

generally, cable will not break. It might be cable endlock or lever or distrubed cable clamping.see from front under bonnet below the upper panel you will find bannet cable wire going to bannet lock, try n pull it. or pull the locking lever. it will definitely open

My bonnet on my BMW e36 wont close fully so it is flush to the wings like it is suppose to, is there anyway i can adjust the bonnet to make it be fully closed and flush to the rest of the car many thanks...

My bonet on my 1 series wont close properly it doesnt appear to be catching in the release lock although the mechanisim is working when I press down on it manually. The bonnet is only staying shut because the opener catch/hook is working, but this is the only thing holding it closed.

I have a porsche boxter 986 year 2000 and can not open the bonet

you need to pull the C3 fuse and insert a wire and then put the fuse back in.
connect the neg ground to the metal steering column and the positive to the wire. close the car door and turn the door key on and off three times. open the door and now the hood latch will work.
