Take the motor out and push it up and then put it back in until you can get a motor for it.

SOURCE: 1991 Nissan Maxima: Removal of front driver side door panel

This is out of my haynes manual
1 disconnect negative battery cable
2 on manual window equipped modesl remove the window crank using a hooked tool to remove the retainer clip.
3 on power window equipped models pry out the armrest switch control plate and disconnect the electrical connections
4 detach the armrest pull handle retaining screw then remove the inside door handle trim bezel
5 insert a wide putty knife, a thin screwdriver or a special trim panel removal tool between the trim panel and the head of the retaining clip to disengage the door panel retaining clips.then remove the remaining door panel retaining screws at the lower edge of the door panel.
6 once all of the clips are screws are disengage detach the trim panel disconnect any electrical connectors and remoe the trim panel from the vehicle by gently pulling it up and out.
7 for access to the inner door remove the door panel support bracket then peel back the watershield taking care not to tear it. it install the trim panel first press the watershield back into place. if necessary add more sealant to hold it in place.
8 installation is the reverse of removal

It is likely the window motor is wearing out and will need to be replaced. You can always try a different switch on those wires to rule out switch problem. Otherwise, the motor will have to be replaced.

SOURCE: remove door panel on 97 nissan maxima

remove screws - they is probably one around the door handle (carefully pry out cover piece) - and underneath any big round (1 inch diameter) plastic screw hole cover - then carefully pry off.

Power window stuck down on passenger side of 97 Nissan Maxima

to get the window up without the motor you will have to take the door panel apart. You will have to take the motor out of the loop to move the mechanism, raise the window and put the locked motor back in to hold it up.

Nissan maxima 2004 power lock sticking unable to unlock the car with the remote or the internal switch. some doors will unlock but the driver side and front passenger will not. sometimes the rear door are...

If you live "up north", I would be suspecting rust or corrosion inside the door mechanisms.
You should be needing to take all 4 door panels off, all the whilst remembering that the clips holding the door panels on may be plastic and are very easily broken.
You might need to take the inside door mechanisms apart and lubricate them.
Be sure to use a lubricant that will not evaporate or wash off with water.
I like silicone grease for this.
God bless your efforts.

My 1994 nissan maxima's passenger's window doesn't go up. What's the probem? How to solve it?

It may be the toggle switch, if the master switch does not open/close the window it may be the motor inside the door panel. you can replace this part from a nissan dealer or a "pull a part" junkyard. pop the door panel with a cruton puller or flat blade screwdriver, removing the screws in the armrest & door handle. you should see the motor inside remove it & put the new one in..

Power window stuck down halfe way

You could try to manual raise the window with your hands. or you'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. then pull back the seal and raise the window from the inside at the regulator. Then you'll have to wedge something into the door to prop the window up

MY PASSENGER DOOR WILL NOT OPEN DOOR IS UNLOCKED WINDOW WILL ROLL DOWN?

It could be that the linkage is broken or dislodged.. You could try looking down into the window well and see if you can see the locking mechanism and try to wiggle / pull it open with a rod or something. Once you do get the door open, you'll need to remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. Then pull back the weather seal (can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to access everything.
