Search for vacuum leaks. Could be your head gasket, or oil rings. Black smoke = oil is being burned. Which would mean that either your oil rings are worn out (for whatever reason, since your truck is fairly new) or that you have a head gasket problem.

Dodge ram engine smokes when stated and skips

What color smoke? Black is emissions related, blue/black your burning oil and white your burning anti-freeze. With the "skip" your REF to, you probably have a bad spark plug, wire, or bad cylinder and burning some oil or coolant. CK plugs , wires & do a compression test. Pressure test Radiator for head gasket leak.

If the engine seems to run fine over 1450 RPM maybe there is a vacuum hose leaking or EGR valve is slightly stuck open. Any help from the OBD II trouble codes? Or is there simply no MIL and no stored information in the OBD II computer read at the local parts store through the connector by the drivers knee?

Dodge ram running rough already changed plugs, cioils and injectors

It probably uses oil as well... The intake manifolds blow out a gasket on their underside all the time. This allows a vacuum leak and it sucks oil in as well... Intake has to come off to fix it.

Flashing lighting bolt

Try the fuel filter,if not then the fuel pump maybe bad. That light will go on when the engine gets to a real low rpm, like stalling. Try that & come back if that doesn't solve it.

02dodge ram ,running rough, black smoke out exhaust

Take it to an Autozone or O'Reillys and they will test the computer for you. It should have set a code, but you don't know if the code light works so its your best bet. Sounds like it is running rich and the crankshaft module is not advancing the timing.
