The daytime running lights work, brake lights work, tail lights work, interior lights work, but the driving lights won't come on.

My problem was in the trailer hitch wiring. Someone had spliced the wires and the corrosion finally caused one of the wires to crack. I respliced and soldered the wires. All works fine now.

where is the dome light bulb located?

the lenses are most likely clouded over? yellowed? sometimes you can buy a kit to polish them, but I would recommend replacement, polish doesnt last long, and you will need to replace them anyhow. the DRL lights are operating normally
