Have changed cylinder head gasket and need the torque settings for the zd30 nissan engine

HEAD BOLT TIGHTENING SEQUENCE.
• STEP ONE: 102Nm
• STEP TWO: Loosen All Bolts.
• STEP THREE: 44Nm
• STEP FOUR: +90*
• STEP FIVE: +90*
• IMPORTANT: ALL BOLT THREADS, BOLTHEADS AND WASHERS MUST BE LIGHTLY OILED.
• USING AN OLD HEADBOLT WITH GROOVE CUT DOWN THREAD, CLEAN THE BLOCK HEADBOLT THREADS.




why are these torque setting and sequence

.First check fuses in fuse box inside vehicle,if good then,Go to head light with meter,remove connector,turn lights on and see if you have power,do both,if no power then maybe switch.Here's the switch.
