SOURCE: Check Engine Light - O2 Sensor - bank 1 running lean

you should have three oxygen sensors on your car, one for each bank of three cylinders; should be towards the Y pipe on each exhaust manifold. Additionally you should have one on the exhaust pipe before the cadilitic converter.

SOURCE: losing gas mileage, left bank running lean

There are 3 oxygen sensors on your van. Left bank would be the front left. Try replacing it and see if that helps but remember to reset the computer. Where I work the sensor costs a little over $100.00.

SOURCE: 1990 CHEVROLET K1500 350 MISSES AFTER WARM

My first thought for a solution of your problem is plug wires. You have replaced some common problem areas for this situation but the plug wires are the most susceptible for causing a miss after engine is warmed up. Try replacing the spark plug wires and let me know what happens.

1999 chevrolet 1500 with a 5.3 engine engine light on had check had a code in it po171 and po174 sey burning to lean on bank 1 and bank 2 what should i check for did pass inspection

Running lean on both banks? Check intake tubing/hoses for loose clamps and cracks/tears aft of the mass airflow sensor. Could also be a fairly large vacuum leak.

I have a 1991 chevy 1500 ext cab with a 350 motor

Check engine light on? Does it run normal driving it? Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check the gasket under the throttle body.

Engine codes run on 2004 Freestar

Make sure you have all the vacuum leaks repaired.
Disconnect the battery for two mins, codes my clear.
The codes you got are O2 Sensors, because of the vacuum leak, which leaned out the readings and set the codes.

2000 E-350 V-10. P0174 with exhaust fix

Before I even finished reading this i knew you had a clogged cat. If you have fixed everything you mentioned i would lean towards a clogged cat. This is a large reason this code pops up.

To check this you could pull that cat out and drive around and see if the code comes back, make sure to stay away from the police though.
