When i start my truck after three to five minute the alarm trun on again and shut down the power and the truck turn off and when tiring to start again it do not turnback on wait a couple hours and open the door with he key i dont have the remote and the car goes back on but two minute the truck turns back off what could be the problem we check every thing the problem could be the alarm how could i bypass it
Impossible to bypass. YOu must fix the underlying problem

Check to see if the floor on the passanger side is wet. If so, than your A/C drain clogged up and your ECM/computer got flodded by water causing all sorts of funky stuff happening. Right next to the gas pedal is a small cover attached to the computer. It has a clip in it. Remove the clip and tug on the cover. Look at the top of the computer to see if its rusted up. Remove the other side cover also, which is on passanger side floor next to your left foot(if you sitting in passenger seat). and check other side of ECM/computer. Check the ECM for rust on top.
If ALL of that looks OK, than I would replace the switch,(since you are telling me that the key got VERY hot) that is mounted on the back of the ignition cylinder. Its a white round switch that failes after a while especially car beeing 1996, just think about how many times that ignition has been turned ON/OFF since 1996. The mechanism in the switch failes, causing starting issues and funky electrical issues.
Does the car have a remote starter installed?? Or didi it have one in the past?? I have seen companies that install them cause some damage to the harnesses on the switch that is mounted to the back of the igniton cylinder. They use "scotch locks" to connect the remote starter and after a while the connection corrode and cause problems too.
Anyways, check the computer for rust first. Than I would install that switch on back of the igniton. You can buy the switch seperately. You dont need the whole ignition assembly/switch only. Switch is pretty cheap (approx $50 ?). Try that and post results. I would feel pretty good about the switch beeing faulty. I have ssen them fail in the past and that's where your power comes into for the starter circuit.(key getting HOT, switch shorting out, making the key hot and starting the car without the key)

The problem with your truck is not the fuel pump. Its the sending unit for the pump, which is on top of the fuel tank and feeds POWER to the fuel pump. Nissan has a campaign for it, because those units corrode internaly inside of the connector, that sends power to the fuel pump to power it up. Have the dealer run DCS check , to see if you have a open campaign for the sending unit. If you do, it will be free of charge and in some cases the whole fuel tank needs to be replaced also. However, that may not be your problem. I have seen ECM/computer getting flooded by the heater box. There is a drain tube, that drains your heater box, that tube gets clogged up by debriss/stuff and that's when water has no place to go and it leaks on top of you ECM/computer and fries it. Have you noticed any wetness on pass. side floor?? Right by the fire wall. Check it and make sure that its dry/carpet area at the top of the carpet behind the glove box. If its wet, that's not good. Let me know what you have found and will take it from there. Is the "Check engine light on" by chance?? Let me know.

You need to first look under the drivers side dash area near the hood release/fuse panel area and see if there is a valet switch. The switch will look like a little toggle or a push switch. After you locate it, turn the ignition switch to the on position(dont start it) and flick the valet to the opposite position it is in now. If done correctly in most cases the red system light will stay a constant instead of off or blinking indicating you are in valet mode. Next try to start the engine. If this doesnt work you need to remove the alarm system and repair the ignition switch wiring or replace the electrical portion of the ignition switch. The aftermarket alarm cuts into the ignition switch wires and bypasses the start circuit through the alarm module. When disarmed the alarm completes the circuit and allows the car to start. check all the tire pressures first.... then drive it for the next 10-15 miles to reset it.... it worked in my frontier ... I had the same problem as well

the anti theft control wont keep the engine from turning over if this is the case and the engine will not spin over. THEN this is not your problem. Have someone bump your starter with a obgect while you hold your key in the start postion. Before doing so make sure your battery is chared and you have good connections.
