Could simply be trapped air. Turn the key from OFF to RUN then wait and listen. Dont try to start. You should hear the fuel pump (humming sound) run for a few seconds and then stop. If no humm, no pump, no fuel.
If you hear the fuel pump cycle on/off then turn key OFF and back to ON, wait for pump to cycle to off, and repeat a few more times. Then try to start.
If still no start, then the fuel system may need to be bled
you will have to test fuel pump open gas cap listen carefuly have someone turn the ignition switch to run not start when key is on you will hear a humming noise only works for 1-2 sec try three times if you dont hear a humm then fuel pump isnt working
with some one turning the key and some one at the fill tube where you put gas in. With your ear close to the fill tube the other person turn the key on you should hear a loud humm. If you dont hear the humm i would probally guess on it being the fuel pump in the tank. A another way to check to see is locate the fuel rail and on the fuel rail there is going to be a tire valve stem cap unscrew that turn the key on and see if there is pressure by pushing the center and see if there is pressure . Now there is gas in the line and if there is pressure it is going to come out pretty fast so be careful. So that is the two ways to check to see if you are getting fuel to the engine.
Start with fuel system. Listen for fuel pump humm at fuel tank No humm check wiring to pump for power. Then check for spark at plugs and wires. Remove wire from coil and hold near engine and see arch when you crank. No arch. Replace ignition Modular inside distributor cap or cap or rotor
u might not have gas or full line felter is closd and see if you full pump is working befor you start the car see iif u her a humm from the full tank have sam one stand by the full tank jest tern the key to jest befor start and see if you her that humm from the frul pump good day
