That is usually a blend door problem. One of the doors is stuck in the cold position only. Happens a lot after a battery disconnect. Replace the rear blend door and that should solve your problem.

SOURCE: 2000 Mazda MPV Heating problem

The heater lines that run to the back of the right rear side gets rusty and start to leak anti-freeze. There is a black cover under and above the RR tire that has to be removed so u can see.

Kia Sedona- center and third row heating vents blowing cold air

There is a separate button on the lower dash labeled RR HTR for the rear heater. If you do not engage the switch it will blow cold air.

Heat blows cold air front and rear when sitting still or @ low mph.

Usually a sign of low coolant or a blockage in the circulation.

Front heat works, but rear blows cold air only

With your front heat working the most likely cause for the rear heat not to work is that there is an obstruction in the line that is preventing the warm coolant to get to the rear heater core or the rear heater core itself is plugged and not circulating. Another possible cause could be low coolant level where the system has enough coolant to provide the front system with enought warm coolant but not the rear system. Hope this helps

Rear climate control fans blowing cold

That sounds to me like your vent "tubing" is disconnected somewhere along the line. I am not sure exactly how it is set up in the vehicle you are driving, but I am certain fixing it will involve taking apart most all of your interior then putting it back together after a 10 minute fix.
