SOURCE: brake lights stay on all the time
check the brake light switch at the top of the brake pedal and if you have a keyless enter keypad on the door check that for shorts and go through the car and make sure nothing is left on
SOURCE: Last night the climate control
have the programmer checked that runs off the control head that flashes. Most likely that item is at fault
SOURCE: wipers will not turn off
Your wiper relay contacts are stuck. The wiper relay is located INSIDE the wiper motor assembly. You must replace the entire wiper motor assembly to replace the relay.
You might try rapping on the wiper motor with a small hammer or a screwdriver handle a couple times to see if you can jar it loose.
