Radiator and have transmission flushed to remove any coolant that may have gotten into it. The problem is that the cooler has failed inside the radiator it is not replaceable separately. Do not drive with this condition present or you will cause damage to the transmission. If hoses for the cooling system feel very soft, change them right away...Trans fluid can cause them to deteriorate and fail. Flush cooling system to remove as much residue as possible.
You need to replace your radiator and flush your cooling system, replace the thermostat and also service your transmission. Have your transmission fluid and filters replaced. The transmission fluid is entering the radiator though the transmission cooler which is built in the radiator and it has failed. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted, be glad to help.
