Is there anyway to open a drivers side door on a 2006 Chrysler 300C when both handles don't work? We replaced the outside drivers door handle and the locks worked so we closed the door. now we can't open it.
Sounds like the linkage was hooked up incorectly. use a slim jim or cut panel off and fix linkage and replace panle.

the linkage behind the handle either the retaining clip broke or popped off need to remove the door panel to check and fix

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Pull back the weather seal and you'll be able to get to remove the bolts securing the outer handle on

I assume that the entire handle unit is loose in the body work of the door.
The interior door trim will need to be removed to access the inside of the door to fix the loose handle.
Do not attempt his yourself unless you have some experience in this area.
Take the vehicle to the nearest reputable auto body repair shop and they can easily fix it for you. There could be a breakage on the retaining system on the handle or the retainers may just need tightening.
Typically door handles which have not been subject to damage or abuse will not usually loosen like this. It's possible the door was damaged and the panel repaired and repainted at some stage. If so the door handle may have been removed and refitted in a sloppy manner.
