2001 Saturn L200 with possible injector problem or sensor problem.
SOURCE: I have a Saturn L200.
I'm experiencing the same things with my '03 l200. My mechanic replaced the fuel pump about 3 times before finally telling me it was the body control module. It will cost me about $260. On top of the problems you mentioned, my car also doesn't register miles in the odometer, and the dashboard lights flicker. He said all this was because of the faulty body control module.

you have to remove the gas tank you have to remove the exhaust pipes to get to the gas tank the best way to get to it is to put the car on a lift once you remove the tank you will see it on top it is one piece connected to the fuel gauge and the entire thing is inserted on the top side it is hard to get to because there is no access panel under the back seat like in japanese cars it is a pretty costly item too, good luck
