I just started one of these today. What a pain... 16 plugs, 8 wires and 8 boots. Replace them all. It is time..Most likely, the wires and boots are burnt threw. Just like the one I'm doing. Plus the plugs are worn out..
NEED TO RUN A FUEL INJECTOR FLOW TEST. SEEMS YOU MIGHT HAVE A INJECTOR . IF ALL PLUGS ARE AS THEY SHOULD AND PLUG WIRES ARE GOOD ,FUEL FLOW OR COMPRESSION IS LEFT.YOU CAN TRY MOVEING PLUGS AND WIRES AROND FROM HOLE TO HOLE TO SEE IF MISSFIRE MOVES , IF IT DOES THEN YOU MOVED YOUR CAUSE...
i would start by checking plug wires and spark plugs for proper gap replace if necessary check for compression in all cylinders i dont know what your codes are
P0300 Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected this is the code your refering to what it means is it means your haveing a misfire in your fireing system it dosent mean that it has to be a plug could be a plug wire or a coil pack on the plug is causeing this or a faulty fuel injector replace your plug wires if it goes off if not test your injectors its in one of theses good luck
The code reads: ignition coil #1 primary circuit. If the coil pack has been replaced, then it is likely the PCM (computer package) is defective and needs to be replaced. That circuit is driven directly by the PCM. This information was taken from a '96 Dodge Caravan service manual (3.3 V6 engine with coil pack ignition system), and should be similar. If your engine uses a distributor instead of a coil pack, then the above code doesn't apply. Even if it does apply, the code implies a 'miss' situation, not complete engine stoppage unless the computer operates the 'automatic shut down relay'??
i had a problem like that for a while so what i did was i ran cold spark plugs (ngks r) and booch 8mm spark plug wires but try checking the injectors if thats not it replace the spark box that sits on the valve cover.
goodluck
