Was running fine one night she broke down I had it towed back home and realised a wire on plugs was busted so I replaced plugs wires etc since then she wants to stall when engine warms up and I stop at lights.

timing might be off a little...or your low idle control might not be functioning. try unhooking your idle control module on throttle body, if it doesnt change idle when you disconnect it, its faulty.

could also be the EGR valve. If you're truck is throwing codes, then take it in to autozone, they will print out the codes for you and give you a piece of reciept paper with the codes and explainations on them. also, if it is the EGR vavle, you can take it off, clean it with some carb cleaner and put it back on. I had the same problem in my 96 sierra and it fixed it. also, another thing to try is to just let the truck sit a couple days, walk out, and try to start it. sometimes its just the computer being moody, especially on vechicles this old, now im not saying thats a permanent fix, but it should get you going long enough to find out what your problem/s is/are
Engine stalling and rough run
issue at low speeds
This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control
