Headlights are not working

I have a 1995 Dodge Intrepid and my headlights are not working.  The other evening when I got home from work, the lights would not go off when I turned the car off.  I opened the hood and pulled the 30amp circuit breaker, lights went off...I put back the breaker only to try to start the car next morning, battery dead.  Got a jump, now no headlights, powerseat, door lock works to open but no close.  Horn and all other electrics works, no lights...please help!

You seem to have a stuck H/lmp relay, Taking out the circuit breaker only disabled part of the electrics,
If you examine the fusebox / Relay housing s (there may be more than one . You should be able to identify suspect relay (it will be warm to touch) . You may need to examine the Running lights / Dimmer H/lamp circuit if it had one. Putting an Amp meter across ( in line not parallel ) the not running vehicle will indicate drain from battery . There might be a slight arc upon connection but it will level out to near zero drain.

2005 Dodge Magnum low beams do not work

Obviously you have a connector which has come partially apart somewhere between the Headlights and the Headlight Switch. Most modern vehicles have several connectors between the Headlight Switch and the Headlights, Start at the Firewall Connector and work forward toward the Headlights making sure all connectors are securely mated. Another remote possibility is that you have fractured the "Low Beam Filaments" in BOTH Headlights. You don't mention how hard you hit the Speed Bump but if it caused the car to "Bottom Out" the front suspension it was a hard enough impact to fracture the filaments. You can use a 12 Volt Test Light at the Sockets for the Headlight Bulbs and see if you are getting 12 Volt power there. If you are in Low Beam position you have fractured the filaments. Check with High Beam too.

HOW TO TURN THE FOG LIGHTS ON

First you have to turn the headlight switch all the way to the right. This will turn on your headlights. Then pull the switch outward towards you. Your driving lights should be on now. They only work with the headlights on.
