After engaging in 1st after a stop light, and giving Gas, the car stalls and won't engage to move forward, no power. I have to sit there, take the key out, wait for a minute or two and then it will start and go. It has been happening at least once a week lately and happened twice in about 10 mins of driving today after I had driven the car for 40 mins without any stalling.
Hi Girish- what year is the car? Has the check engine light come on during these episodes? Try to get to a local auto part store and have them use an OBD-II reader on your car. If this is a singular or even a recurring problem, your car\'s system should store the fault codes. Once you "pull" the fault codes, the counter-man should be able to direct you to the probable source of the problem; but you should invest in a repair manual for your car that will guide you through the troubleshooting process related to the displayed error code(s). The diagnostic reader does not provide you with the definitive part on the car that is faulty- usually there are a series of troubleshooting steps you have to perform (almost like a process of elimination) to detect the actual source of the problem. Unless you are a seasoned mechanic with access to all the service bulletins specific to your car or have repair experience with cars with similar problems where you are able to recall what the problem is... without the proper diagnostic tools and the proper diagnostic flow charts to assist you in diagnosing your cars problems, repairs can be a long-shot and very costly. Best regards.
Have to check your timing, idle control valve, throttle position sensor

The inside of the ignition dealer (Delco) must be thoroughly cleaned and all metal parts passed with fine metal wool. Sparkplugs must also be cleaned or renewed. The air inlet-valve is very sensitive. The cylinder and the disc must be carefully cleaned with light metal wool and contact cleaner. The fault is due to the disc remaining stuck in the cylinder, so no idle function and malfunction of the auto-choke system. If this solution does not work, then the vacuum pressure is defective.Hint from a German Mercedes specialist.

Have tried getting quality gasoline at a reliable station? It sounds like water in your fuel system. Add a couple bottles of Iso-Heet fuel system dryer everytime you fill up the next few times, and that should cure it.

1992 Integra RS with 216,000+ miles on it. I am the single owner of this car. No Check Engine light came on any time. Thanks for your suggestion. I will talk to my mechanic next week and figure out future course of action.
Engine Oil was very low and that was the cause of the issue. Once I did the Oil Change, the car has worked fine without that issue. My friend Shawn had an old Honda with the same issue and he suggested that I add Engine Oil and/or do the Oil Change. It was due for an Oil Change since it had run 3500 miles since the last oil change.
