MAYBE THERE IS NO RELAY TO THE FUEL PUMP, IT STAYS ON WHILE THERE IS POWER TO RUN THE MOTOR. WHEN YOU TURN THE STARTER KEY CAN YOU HEAR THE HUMMING OF THE PUMP?
Its located in the IPDM box....remove the cover and you ll see a side with 4 relays close to the fuses and the other side 3line of relays, the relay in the middle is your fuel pump relay......hold the ipdm in position the fuses in the box upside....
yes you have to drop tank to replace fuel pump and filter as it is one unit pretty easy though.
crankshaft sensor is either under the harmonic balancer pully or bolted to block facing it you normally have to pull pully to change sensor but some you dont you will need a puller and a installer if you have to pull the pully
The oil filter is located behind the right (passenger) inner fender cover. It is right next to the crankshaft pulley at the bottom of the front of the engine facing toward the right front wheel. I do not have a picture at this time.
Hope this is helpful!
