98 Jeep Cherokee Classic No Hazards or Signals

I put on a hitch and wired it. All lights and signals worked until the next day. Lost hazards and signals completely. Nothing even on my dash. Brake/Running and backup lights still work. Replaced the Flasher relay and checked all fuses. Still doesn't work. Any ideas.

Did you use a wiring adapter? this plugs into the stock system to properly power the trailer lights. the other thing is you could have a short to ground in the trailer wiring, especially where it comes out under the jeep.

2000 Jeep Cherokee: with the tun signal lever in the rear position (head lights on "LOW"beam) and then activated for a "LEFT " turn, both rear turn signals blink.

Does it do the same with the lights on 'High' beam? If it works correctly on 'High' beam it could be the switch in the lever at fault.
Next check the fuses for the turn signals and the Hazard lights. They will be in the fuse box under the hood. Some vehicles will have separate fuses for Left, Right and Hazard lights others may share fuses.
If the fuses are OK it could be a faulty flasher unit. Check to see if the hazard lights work correctly. Some vehicles use separate flasher units for turns and hazards and others share 1.

The hazard lights work, turn signals dont. jeep cherokee 1999

On your model, there is a separate hazard relay to the turn signal relay. On the fuse block(right-hand side kickpanel just inside the r/hand door)the upper left relay is the turn signal relay.Bottom right is for the hazards.Hope this helps you.

Turn signals, hazards not working

Mine just went out this past week and found the flasher/hazard fuse inside the glove compartment under the plate with the pull cord to access. The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo AWD part# on the fuse and called to confirm with a Jeep dealer is:
56007243 and appx. 44.00 from the dealer, may be able to get from an auto store as well.

Good luck if it is the fuse box you were looking for.

Blinkers and hazards are not working its a 1999 jeep cheeroke le

Check fuses, also check the switch for your hazard lights, if the wires get disconnected on that switch it will disable the turn signals and hazards as well.  It could also be a bad switch.  Otherwise it's a wiring issue somewhere along the line. Good luck.

98 Hyundai Elantra turn signal and hazards only work sometimes.

You need to replace the fuse - have a look at the manual and see which fuse it is buy a new one put it in and it should be fine - the on off thing is where the fuse wire touches and then moves again.

98 jeep grand cherokee's turn signal on the dash and the lights quit working...the hazard lights are fine.

Turn Signal Light and Hazard Lights have one separated accesory. For this component review the Page 8J-1 / Fig 2 in this document: ZJ-Secc-8J-Turn-Signals-and-Hazard-Warning-Flashes

Maybe can help you. Good luck.
