AC blowing hot air one side & cool air other side

If it has dual zone temp. control it is most likely the heater control panel.

When I turn my heater on the AC unit will turn on and cycle just as if the AC was turned on, so you never have hot air coming out. I pulled the AC relay and the heater will get warm but not hot. Could this...

The AC compressor will come on when you turn on the defroster. If you're not getting heat it's most likely that your heater core is going bad. You can flush it out and see if it's getting clogged. Also check your water pump to make sure you have enough flow through the core. The reasoning behind the ac blowing when the defroster is on is that it blows dryer air on the windshield.

I have no heat when I turn on my heater blower on a 99 silverado 1500

Two things come to mind one the flap on the inside of the air duct is not switching over to allow heat to come through. Second your heater core could have a blockage. Go under the hood find both heater hoses run your truck till it reaches normal operating temp then feel both heater hoses one at a time. If one feels very hot and the other feels cold or even luke warm you have a blockage. If they both feel hot then look into the duct works under the dash. There should be a valve that switches the door between your heater duct and your ac duct that may not be operating properly. Some valves are vacume actuated so look for a broken vacume line.

1995 Chevy k1500 heater problems.

For a 95 Chevy Silverado....I replaced the Blend Door Actuator on the passenger side. Just behind the slide out cup holder. Yo ucan acces easily by removing the ash tray piece and the glove box....Or just the glove box and work like hell to get a socket in a tight place.

There are 2 actuators....one controlling the (Mode and Temp 89018681) and the other the (Air Inlet 89018367). I called the dealer and the parts were 85-125. I got it From TBA Auto (local store) for 39.00. A 20 min job at most.
