My dash lights and tail lights are not working
Check the fuse it should be located either under the dash or under the hood, it will be a small black box with a snap on lid, it sounds like a fuse is blown

The main/high beam relay/switch must be stuck on high presuming the high beam stalk selector does not operate. Probably needs replacement.

You may have a bad light switch or a bad wire at the light switch.
Only way to know is to remove the switch.

There are 4 fuses you would need to check in the interior fuse panel.
The first one is fuse no.32(10amp) then check no. 33 (15amp) then no. 59 (7.5 amp) and no. 61 (7.5 amp)

IT IS THE INDICATOR STALK, VERY COMMON ON FORDS, SIMPLY TAKE THE STEERING WHEEL COWLING OFF, THEN UNPLUG THE STALK BOTH SIDES, REMOVE THE HOLDING SCREW, AND ITS OUT, VERY QUICK AND EASY
