Front axle remove

thats about it drive shaft might be a pain to get loose though use a small jemmy or large screwdriver to remove from gear box side

Front Driveshaft bearings defect or worn
When engaging the 4wd or axles or front axle

you need a 1/4 or 5/16" wrench and procedure requires bleeding all corners staring with furthest away from master cylinder working your way closer (Rt Rr, Lt Rr, Rt Frt, Lt Frt)

Don't know how to lock in the front axle (Rt) side the passenger side?

You will have to remove the wheel,of course,remove the brake caliper,pads,and the brake caliper bracket,then the rotor,and any brackets holding the brake hose to get it out of the way.Then remove the large nut on the axle,and remove all the bolts holing the bearing assembly on the spindle,and tap it out ward,and make sure the axle stays put,do not let the axle come outward with the bearing,using a two by four to tap the axle inward toward the axle while removing the bearing assembly.If this was at all helpful,please rate,thank you.

acuator at transfer case or at frt diff if acuator is moving then axles to wheels should be turning and you may have a hub locking problem. if axles to wheels dont turn then the acuator tofront diff is no good not strong enough or bent shaft on acuator, some of these use a small shaft in front of actuator also make sure if this truck use this shaft check it for wear, lift truck remove actuator push inside arm in see if wheels spin turn frt shaft while holding arm in wheel should turn is they do, replace actuator, if they dont turn then diff problem,

remove axle nut, remove nut on lower balljiont seperate control arm from spindle. pull back spindle and slide frt part of axle out of hub, then pry axle out of trany . good luck.

remove 8mm screws at r and l side splash sheils, remove t 50 torx bolts under bumper cover on either sdie of where the front lic plate cover goes, pull away from body of vehcile and disconnect the fog lights if equipped

you use a trans flush machine or drop the trans pan to answer your question----------------Or what you realy want how do i check my fluid & add. The car must be jacked up level on the passenger rt frt of trans in frt of drive axle there is a 11mm bolt you must must pull out with car running it should dribble out for proper level. To add on drivers left frt on top off trans under air cleaner tube to engine there should be a RED sometime black large plug to unscrew to fill about 7quarts of fluid

YES THE CV AXLES DO MAKE A SIMILAR NOISE WHEN GOING BAD BECAUSE THE CAGE THAT THE BALL-BEARINGS ARE IN VIBRATE AS THEY ROTATE.
