Plug wires or defective coil pack after market electronics come bad from the store some times also could be pluged or bad fuel injector try some good fuel cleaner like lucas

That sounds like an injector fault, try having diagnostic tool pluged in while driving, or get garage to do it.

change the EGR also check the ports to the EGR valve for being pluged

change out the pluges may have too much carbon on them

misfire happens because there is still fuel not burned in the cylinder so when its pushed out its burned in exhaust tube because the heat thats why you hear these small explosions. this caused if your sparking pluge not firing well . or there is a leak in the intake valve . in your case i advice you to check your sparking plug . if this helped pls vooote

Spake pluge could have gone bad, or the Spark Plug wire. Try changing all your plugs and wire and inspect the old one's. The wire could be bad do to time or may have been against the exhaust manifold and brunt. Good luck

Your toyota should be odb2 the F in your code makes no sense to me. The only code i can see it being is maybe P0301 Misfire Detected - Cyl. 1.
