SOURCE: blower control switch

I had this same problem and it turned out to be a simple fix,my problem was the hot wire contact on the blower itself.Fix was cleaning the contact w/sandpaper and replacing the part on the hot wire that connects to it.

SOURCE: climate control not working

I had the same problem on my 2004 GMC Yukon XL.
Still under warranty the shop was able to reprogram the climate control system and tell what was wrong rather quickly with a OBD computer.
That’s when they found both of the climate control (driver and passenger) side actuators were bad and the control unit that tells the actuators where they should be was also bad.
The truck was in the shop with most all the dash, seats, consol, and steering wheel out for a week. The cost was over $1200.00.
That has seamed to fix the problem. Good Luck.

I have just replaced my thermostat housing bleed the radiator and i still got no heating the thermostat is brand new

MAKE SURE BLOWER MOTOR OPERATING IF NOT CHECK FUSE AND RELAY.ALSO CHECK HVAC FUSE THIS CONTROL HEATER + AC CONTROL SWITCH AND MODE SELECTION FOR OPENING AND CLOSING HEATER DOOR OR HEATER CONTROL VALVE AND AC+ DEFROST AIR DOOR.IF BLOWER AND HVAC FUSE OKAY.IF YOU HAVE MANUAL HEAT CONTROL MAKE SURE MODE SWITCH IS RECEIVING VACUUM. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE HEATER CONTROL SWITCH AND CHECK TO SEE IF GETTING VACUUM GETTING TO SWITCH LOOK FOR BROKE DISCONNECTED VACUUM LINES IN THE DASH AREA.IF YOU HAVE CLIMATE CONTROL.YOU COULD HAVE A FAULTY ELECTRICAL HEAT DOOR ACTUATOR.SOME CLIMATE CONTROL CARS HAS THE CLIMATE CONTROL PROGRAMMER HAS TO BE REPROGRAM BEFORE THE HEATER AND AC WILL WORK AGAIN.YOU NEED A DEALERSHIP SCANNER TO CHECK IT OUT.BUT IF YOU HAVE MANUAL CONTROL CHECK TO SEE IF YOU GETTING VACUUM.IF YOU GETTING VACUUM AT HEATER DOOR VACUUM ACTUATOR OR HEATER CONTROL VALVE EITHER ONE OF THOSE COMPONENTS COULD BE FAULTY.WARNING YOUR VECHICLE HAS AIRBAGS YOU HAVE TO DISARM THEM BY REMOVING FUSES WAIT 20 MINUTES BEFORE WORKING ON DASH AREA.YOU HAVE TO CRANK CAR UP TO CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR HVAC GETTING VACUUM.

My fuse for my AC blower motor blows everytime I turn on the ac or heat even when I change thr fuse how can I fix this

Look under the hood and unplug the blower motor. Then replace the fuse. It should not blow the fuse without the blower connected. If the fuse blows again there is a short before the blower motor. There are several Black power boxes, usually under the hood on the Drivers side, the A/C relay may be burned out.

If the fuse does not burn out, replace the Blower motor. You can get one from a Salvage yard or Autoparts place. If you still have problems and the Climate Control panel is lite, there is a self-diagnostic feature which is run by pushing some of the control buttons in a particular sequence.

The codes for this sequence is different from the Master computer.
It may also reveal problems only a Technician can fix. So try the Blower motor first, A/C relay second, and hopefully this will get you going.

I have no heat or ac

You mean the blower doesnt work because if it was just the blower you would still have heat and ac, It would just take long time to feel the change because no blower is pushing it out. If thats the case check that you didnt blow any fuses under the hood. in the fuse block. Your owners maual will tell you what fuse goes where.
If the blower is working then you should have either heat or AC to some degree and maybe the blend door is not switching (jammed) or the climate control switches are broken or if you have Automatic climate control then maybe the module is broken. There is a Technical Service Bullitin on the blend door issue which entails replacing the hole box ( its called a Heater Manifold) which can get pretty costly if its that.
