I would hope that if there is enough juice to run the alarm , there would be enough to disarm is or unlock the door. Could the battery in your remote fob be the problem ?

How to pop hood from outside of 2004 chevy trailblazer

You cannot release the bonnet from the outside.

In any case the key should open the driver's door manually. You will need to turn it either once or twice in succession. If it will not open then pull on the handle and turn the key in the lock at the same time.

The battery of my Renault Scenic is flat, I need to open the bonnet to fit a new battery. How do I do that

There should be a bonnet release handle in the vehicle low and almost under the dashboard. Pulling that handle is the first step. After pulling that handle if you go to the front of the vehicle then under the bonnet there should be an additional handle to move right or left to completely release the hood.

Aston Martin Rapide battery has died and can't open the doors

When the battery goes flat on a rapide the windows are up. The doors are frameless so the windows are located in the seals in the door aperture. You cannot open the doors and you cannot open the boot. Look through the front grille towards the radiator with a torch and you will see the bonnet release cable outer sheath. If you pull the outer sheath it will put enough tension on the cable to release the bonnet catch. With the bonnet open you can charge the battery. Negative clip on the alternator casing and positive clip on the central charging stud.

Cant find bonnet release

to open your bonnet or hood theres a lever on your left front kick panel or just on that panel under the steering wheel, once the hood is released the outside hood release should be just under the hood near the rad support

Locked out of car

I took my 99 Laguna to my local mechanic with a stuck bonnet. He pulled the lever from inside and told me to press down on the bonnet at the same time then open the bonnet as normal with the outside catch. It worked ok. After doing it oil the catch mechanism and it now works ok-but best to keep trying it to stop it seizing again.
