My car was partially underwater and got fuel up inside the cabin air filter. Now it won't turn over, but all the electrical works in it. What do I need to do to fix this?

Is there ANY Power to Anything? It could be the Battery going Bad or Even Just a Loose Battery Cable.

Most are under the dash grate under where the wipers are. A local parts store can usually show you where it is.
