When the turn signal is on it does flash but in the wrong section completely. If I apply the brakes when right turn signal is active it stops flashing and I noticed that the turn signal indicator lamp in the dash cluster is illuminated. When the brake pedal pressure is removed it starts to flash again. Any ideas?!?

I'm pretty sure that vehicle will have a vacuum booster for brake assist and it may be failing or you may have cracked or loose vacuum line.
Another possibility is a defective vacuum reservoir; a canister device, sometimes metal, sometimes plastic that supplies a bit of vacuum in case the engine shuts down.
Normally mounted on the firewall under the hood, the booster shouldn't be tough to replace and appears to be a metal drum, often with the master cylinder assembly directly attached.
Checking the operation of the power brake assist is easy; with the engine off, press firmly on the brake pedal and note whether it sinks noticeably when you start the engine.
If it does, then the vacuum booster is working, if not all the time.
Considering the random nature of the problem, I would try this several times to see if the resulting drop in pedal height is constant or not.

i have replaced a few caps with the floats attached.
inplug the wire to the cap and see if the light quits blinking, if so replace the cap. dont leave it unpluged it could cause problems.
make sure its full enough of brake fluid.
SOURCE: no lights in rear
I would Get in the Back pull up anything covering the Wiring harness for those lights and Look for A Corroded Connecter AND the GROUNDS on all thats why urn comes on while you Brake Electricity Finds the Easyest PATH to GROUND AND IF IT IS THROUGH THE Turn Sygnal switch GROUND is your FIRST PRIORITY here Trust me I'm ASE Certified in Electrical Systems
Grounds FIRST Please Dont forget to RATE me Thank You !
SOURCE: brakes do not completely release at times,
Might be bad brake lines if front (the rubber ones). When they get old they collapse when you apply the brakes and they won't let the brake fluid go back to the master cylinder until the pop back open.
SOURCE: Left turn signal stop when I apply brake. Then
i think the bulb is backwards or wiring is crossed
