That could be a tough problem to track down if you have no automotive electrical trouble shooting skills . Viewing wiring diagams for one of the affected systems , an testing that systems electrical circuit with a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter when the the problem is there , would probably locate problem for all of the affected systems . They must have something in common , power supply , ground , share a connector in a wiring harness etc....
Learning how to trouble shoot electrical problems is a must !

Click the search botton ,then the blue link. Check where it gets it's power (fuse) at the top of the diagram ,then check ground location (bottom of the diagram ) For the instrument cluster ,it's ground is G 202 .Then check out HVAC -heat , this also uses G202 .
