Yes its possible that fuel pressure is getting low or fuel filter is getting clogged or the O2 sensors are getting hot, O2 sensors when get weak, they get hot and loose communication with cars computer and due to that car stops controlling fuel and this can be problem. Also there are other possibilities like, faulty or dirty, IAC valve or dirty throttle body.Getting all this possibilities inspected, checked will point towards the cause of problem.--------- This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.
SOURCE: at start up,engine makes clonk noise ,second it starts,
The clunking is most likely the starter/flywheel issue. Loose starter, starter or started bendix damaged or flywheel cracked. The P0137 is a post O2 sensor voltage low. If the sensor has not been changed, probably the sensor has failed.

That particular DTC is most likely unrelated to your driveability concern. The P0137 refers to a catalyst monitoring oxygen sensor problem. This DTC will not noticeably affect the way the engine runs. Does it have a P0171 and/or P0174 DTC stored? With this concern on this engine management system, I suspect a vacuum leak after the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor, a dirty MAF, A faulty/dirty Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor, a ruptured fuel pressure regulator, or low fuel pressure. If it runs basically normal when the engine is warm, it is almost for sure not directly related to an oxygen sensor. If you have other Diagnostic Trouble Codes, address them first.
