First thing i would do i would check fuel pressure if you have good fuel pressure then the next thing i would unbolt the exhaust from the exhaust manafold and then try to start engine if the engine starts up and runs fine then you have clogged up exhaust converters

You need to perform an OBDII diagnostic test and look at the stored faults. Sounds like a temp sensor or Mass Airflow Sensor. Also dirty air filter needs to be changed every 40,000 miles. be sure to delete stored faults and recheck OBDII periodically for new faults.

Hard to start.When running,Will "bog"out when

You may have a fuel issue the cheapest thing to do is a simple fuel filter replacement an old filter can cause backups in the gas line. Also check to make sure your air cleaner assembly is fully hooked up and no hoses or clamps are loose. less air cause these same symptoms.

Has the fuel filter been service in the past 30K, if not you should replace it. Also, check the fuel pressure and let me know. Could be a fuel pump issue.

Motor bogs down at stoplight when pushin gas pedal

The fuel pump relay will cause a stalling or no start condition. You are likely having mass airflow sensor, fuel pump, or fuel pressure regulator issues.
