1999 Dodge Caravan - Can't open rear door.

I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. Over time the back door has become harder to open with the outside latch. It is now to the point of not opening at all. Is there a way to open it using a tool from the inside. I have removed the rear inside cover as much as possible, and also the rubber boot that covers the latch opening. I can see the internal portion of the latch area using a flash light.

How I can manualy unlock rear door on 2008 dodge nitro?

I see you are ale to see the cables and rods how and when they operate. When you to open the latch from the outside and the inside. Are you able to see if they move the mechanism up or down as you try to open the door working the latch outside and the inside door handle. Sounds like your door latch broke internally, the only thing I was able to do was from the inside with somebody holding the outside latch up to open. Kick it hard in the area where the door latch is. Lay on the sit and kick it hard while the outside individual lifts the latch and pulls. It should pop open. Good luck.

Why won't the driver side manual slider door open?

The rod from the handles to the lock mechanism could have come off or become bent to the point that it won't work the latch anymore. The prior problems were probably just symptoms of the problem you have now. Will have to take the door panel off and manually trip the latch.

Zhthe back hatch would not open and when i got it open i fliped the latch and can not shut it

Put a screwdriver shaft or similar in the hole of latch where it would normally wrap around striker when closed on door and turn key or hit button to release and pull it open at same time.
