Multifunction Switch on steering column the one that controls the turn signal. if you remove the bottom cover of the steering column and shift the turn signal up and down you might be able to see where the contacts are moving. Disconect the battery (some contact cleaner is FLAMMABLE) spray some electric contact cleaner in there and shift the turn signal up and down, then let it sit 15 minutes.Reconnect the battery i guarantee your problem will be solved

It sounds like you have a malfunctioning alarm system. If it is an aftermarket system, you should simply turn it off. If it is a factory alarm it would really be best to take this to a dealer. In the mean time, to prevent battery drain, you can disconnect the black battery terminal at night when you park the car.

2001 oldsmobile alero battery drain over night plulled all fuses and relays un pluged bcm and pcm still have draw

Just pulling the fuses obviously isn't enough. There are many circuit breakers supplying power to various systems. You would have to have everything removed to completely remove any drain. Knowing the amount of the drain (connect an ammeter inline with one of the battery lines) would be helpful.
