Just get another s/h horn and plug it into the place of old one and try it also check fuse first but im sure it will be horn problem

Yes. One for the timing belt, and one or 2 for the serpentine belts.

adjust the idling, if too low then it can't sustain the power needed to keep the engine running when it engages.

If you're sure that the system has been bled properly, then you probably have a problem inside the transmission. Could be a broken clutch fork or blown release bearing. Make sure you've checked the hydraulics first though, sometimes it is difficult to get all the air out and you may need to use a pressure bleeder. Most brake shops have these.
