SOURCE: all other lights work except turn signals
thats because they use a combination flasher for the hazzards and turn, here is the location and a diagram have a good day DB
The combination flasher is located in the Junction Block (JB) behind the fuse access panel on the left outboard end of the instrument panel.
SOURCE: LEFT TRAILER TURN SIGNAL DOES NOT WORK
I'd get a 12vdc test light if you don't have one already & start from plug, and keep probing back from there. It may be as simple as a bad connection under truck where joined into harness.
SOURCE: turn signals and hazard don't work
Next best guess is the flasher unit has failed, this could be your little blue box, pick up a replacement at any auto parts store and replace it.
SOURCE: The turn signals dont work on a 2000 Ford EXplorer
most likely not in the fuse box nor is it a relay, check the fuse and replace if necessary. Turn on your hazards and listen for a clicking sound under the dash on the drivers side. Normally the hazard and turn signal flashers or near each other. Not a Ford fan so I can't exactly say where it is located.
