Sounds like coil problem, coils will start cold then get hot and stop. when coil cools will crank up and run till it gets hot, try to replace the ignition coil, dont think it would be a crank sensor, try a coil, thanks robert b.

I have a 03 kia sorento that i just changed the timing belt and water pump on. It drove fine for about 10 mins but then stalled. After 15 mins it starts, runs for 10 mins, rough again and stalls out.

run fault codes
check for wiring on crank shaft position sensor or cam position sensor/s
it will be something that was affected by the belt replacement procedure

Suburban stalls while driving after running for 15-30 minutes. After letting it sit for 5-10 min it runs fine for another 5-10 minutes, then starts doing it all over again.

a bad crank sensor can cause this. shuts off while going down road, and will start about 10 min, later with no problems runs fine until it quits again. hope this helps,
