You'd have to find out of your cruise control is vacuum or electronically operated. Then, you'd have to begin diagnosing to determine the problem. DO you have any codes at all ?

This issue can be different things. This can be an electrical problem, Fuel pump may not be getting electricity continuously, Fuel filter may be clogged, or Fuel Pump is defective.

Under hood, center, upper firewall, mounted in fuel line.

Be sure to slowly release thr fuel pressure by holding a rag over the filter.
